On 25th July,2008, Flexioffice 1st Anniversary and tenants’ presentation was held to celebrate the 1st year birthday of Flexioffice, which is the first self-create brand of serviced office in shenzhen. Guests from Flexioffice’s investor Shenzhen Qinian Industry&Development Co., LTD(which is the first wholly-owned subsidiaries of Beijing capital development holding (group) Co., ltd), the Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd Singapore, multinational companies and government relative departments attended the celebration and shared the memorable moment together.

We deeply appreciated the support of customers for our Flexioffice and Fraser Residence. As feedback, we offered the exhibition areas and communication platform for companies, like KONICA MINOLTA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS（SHENZHEN）LTD., ClarkMorgan Corporate Training, CSI Leasing (Shenzhen) Ltd. During the celebration. Besides, representatives from Global Sources, SWAROVSKI, Shenzhen Party, Capitaland, Sony China, Panasonic, Toshiba, and some of the famous newspapers, such as Shenzhen Special Zone Daily, Shenzhen Economic Daily, Shenzhen Daily, Hongkong Commercial Daily were invited to attend the anniversary as well.

On 25th July, the whole Flexioffice was decorated with beautiful flowers and full of distinguished guests. Guests were interesed in the exhibition areas as well,not only about the products they provided, but also the culture and service of the companise. Everybody was immersed in such joyous atmosphere.

At 4 pm, the celebration started.Firstly,the compere introduced officiating guests one by one. Then, the General Manager Zhang Jingyu delivered speech on behalf of the investor Qinian. He extended a warm welcome to all the guests,and thanks for the hard working of all the staffs. He also wished Flexioffice a much brighter future. Mr.Brent Deverman, who is the creator of Shenzhen Party and Jone Dorris, Marketing Manager for Clarkmorgan Shenzhen, expressed their feeling about the environment, service quality of Flexioffice, and showed great satisfaction about Flexioffice.

General Manager of Fraser Residence Boby Chan introduced our management team, and metioned that the rapid development of Fraser and Flexioffice is the result of the hard working of everybody.

Then, as soon as leaders and guests pulled the handspike,which meaned the commence of the ceremony and the glorious future of Flexioffice, and opened the champagne, the one-year birthday celebration party for Flexioffice begined with the crack of opening champagne.The cheerful atmosphere here now was pushed to the climax.

Wonderful programs and lottery were prepared during the ceremony. The power of the Cuba band and the soft violins brought the whole ceremony lots of surprise and climax.

After the ceremony, we carefully prepared self-serviced food and wine for guests and they all showed highly praise about the celebration.

The idea of Flexioffice is to provide five star serviced office for businessmen besides of their top quality living requirements. From last year, this concept was accepted gradually and our customers are the best witnesses. We are now having SWAROVSKI, Shenzhen Party, CSI Leasing (Shenzhen) Ltd，Global Sources here in our office. Until now, the occupancy rate is up to 50%.

Flexioffice and Fraser Residence have both build strong and friendly relationship with lots of customers and companies. Most of them would like to grow with Flexioffice and wish to attend our 10th and even 20th Anniversary.
