On March 31^th,2008 Fraser Residence celebrates the 10^th Fraser Day by conducting a serial of get-together.Also by taking this chance,Fraser Residence passes over the team spirit and family value.

On March 31 afternoon, with the Fraser T-shirt on, all staff get together happily and celebrate this special day. Mr. Zhang Jing Yu, General Manager and Mr. Teng Ming Yuan, deputy General Manager of Qinian Industrial &Development Ltd, Co -- the real estate owner of Fraser Residence Futian, and Mr. Boby Chen, General Manager of Fraser Residence Futian attended this celebration, and they give speeches at the ceremony. They expressed the congratulation to the 10^th anniversary of Fraser, and thank for the hard working of the staffs on behalf of the company and hope everybody keeps persistent efforts to make our serviced apartment a better place. General Manager Boby Chen wish in another 10 years and 20 years later, all our staff could still gather in the same place, altogether celebrate the 20th and the 30th birthdays of Fraser.

After the speech, a knowledge quiz competition is conducted. Through the competition, our staffs are able to understand the development process and direction of the residence clearly. During the quiz, games like Step On The Balloon game and the Newspaper Dress Designing game are presented. Everybody participate positively, the atmosphere is warm, and the laughter comes again and again. As the game is processing, everybody realize the importance of team spirit and innovative thoughts, only when coordination with each other victory could be captured.

Finally, we give a warm birthday party to the Birthday Of the Month Staff. The company has also prepared some special gifts to the on-duty colleagues who are unable to participate in the activity.
